Photo, a piece from the documentary project called threshold THRESHOLD: The point that is difficult to overcome for psychological reasons… The documentary project is about the waiting, sheltering and life struggles of refugees who took refuge in Turkey and some of them trying to go to European countries in the hope of a better life in Bodrum Peninsula, which is one of the transition points to Europe, the last threshold both physically and psychologically before Europe. The photos were taken in 2015 – 2016. After the Syrian civil war, many people came to Turkey to migrate to Europe from the Middle East and Far East countries with refugees.
