Ichthyologist Dr. Chris Hunter, who made a name for himself with his kindness and helpfulness, was also known for his research on the "Hydrolycus Scomberoides" species. He was also a good photographer even though he said he was an amateur. And he was a psychopath in the inside. He gained sufficient knowledge about living-inanimate combinations and started working on his own hybrid, as a result of his meetings with Dr. Sebastian Root. If he could achieve what he had envisioned, he would be able to get a photograph of the person's most important memory by connecting to the "Hipocampus" and "Cerebral Cortex" parts of the brain. Of course, the person in the link had to die while doing this. But this would also be a new photo collection for Dr. Hunter. As a result, the second hybrid of animate and inanimate was created. The teeth of “Hydrolycus Scomberoides” were machined along with it’s hunting instinct. Due to his rigorous work, Dr. Hunter named it "Sniper"
