Some of the most memorable wildlife encounters happen completely spontaneously and are truly things of awe. Flying erratically, above my vehicle was a creature of beauty, and wonder. Swooping left, and right, frantically at various altitudes when suddenly, this little guy stops and perches right in front of me. It sat pretty as though it had prepared for picture day and then just like that, flew off.
