Tybee Island, Georgia, is one of the barrier islands on the east coast of the United States. I had one of those evenings that is the reason I love photography. Spending the last of a day’s light at the beach, looking at reflections, smelling the salt, analyzing the lines and patterns of the waves, playing with long exposures. You know what always makes me smile inside? Cleaning the sand and salt off my tripod when I get home.
