The fifth art piece in our Influential Women Charity Collection - Frida. Frida Kahlo was a Mexican painter best known for her uncompromising and brilliantly colored self-portraits that deal with such themes as identity, the human body, and death. Frida isn't only celebrated for her artistic talents. She is an icon to many for many different reasons. Her openness around female sexuality has inspired and impacted the LGBTQIA+ community for over a century. Her free spirit, character and modern attitudes toward sexuality (she was an openly bisexual woman) have made her an icon for all in the community. At least 70% (depending on the total amount collected at the end of all auctions - this will be a fully transparent process) will be donated to the Malala Fund to support girls and women in need or to a fund of choice - holders will have the choice and can donate in aid of Ukraine as well.
