Learn from the situation. Focus on your own motivations. Finding a purpose. Trust in your strengths and abilities. Accept, because it is necessary to move forward. Resilience makes adversity make us stronger, it helps us turn pain into something useful. There are different ways, for example, through physical exercise, art, companionship, etc. The technique used for this work is a mixture of digital and analog, photograph made with a canon r5 digital camera, then printed and processed manually using different techniques such as collage and plastic application.
