People were so grateful to have a place of peace in nature around the city. At the garden, where I work, some said it was the first time they had taken their mask off or said hi to a neighbor outdoors since the start of the pandemic. Some people still kept to themselves. At one point a woman wandered in and found a place by the corner of the garden. She sat quietly on a bench, carefully removed her mask, and laid back to close her eyes. The city was still quiet then.
