After such a long time, I was finally able to capture some data on NGC 6334, AKA Cat's Paw Nebula. I am sure our cat's going to say, her paw looks better than this 😅 This is an emission nebula and star-forming region located in the constellation Scorpius, discovered by John Herschel in 1837. The nebula is a high mass filamentary cloud structure spanning ~320 ly. In the visible part of the spectrum, it emits mainly red (from hydrogen atoms) and blue (from oxygen atoms), blue is slightly visible in this image, currently working on more data.
