Can this moment last forever? It feels like it's taken forever to get here. All the training, early mornings, hundreds of hours spent teaching my body how to balance and maneuver up and over rock. Years of cultivating mental strength, with the courage and confidence to face such challenges. And all of that has culminated into this very moment. We flew up the mountain, crushed the time I expected it would require. I thought it would hurt, but it felt good. My body and mind thanked me for preparing so well. We were rewarded by the sun, one of the most epic sunsets I've ever seen over the Howe Sound. This moment will last forever in my memory, and in my soul.
