Patrolling the streets of the gothic quarter in Barcelona. After I took this photo, I stopped him and said "Hola, ¿Cuál es la noticia?" and pointed at his newspaper. He then replied to me in English as my Spanish clearly wasn't good enough to be taken as a local, "many robberies in carparks". He was a very serious man, after he told me this information, there was no more chat and on he went strolling up the street as if on a mission. I thought to myself brilliant, he's the governor of this town. The newspaper reads "robberies proliferate in supers' parking lots" this image is a 1/1, shot on 35mm and will come with a physical print alongside the NFT.
