The first COVID-19 patient in Turkey was diagnosed on March 11. On March 16, places of worship were closed. Since the number of patients has gradually decreased, the mosques opened to worship within the framework of social distancing and hygiene rules. Municipal teams were disinfecting mosques constantly. I was selected as Best Reportage Photographer in 35 Photo Awards with this photo. Also, it was the winner of the International Photography Awards IPA and was awarded in many other photo contests and festivals. It has been exhibited in many countries.
