It also got 1st place in Travel Photographer Society Photo Contest in Black and White Category, IPA Event Photographer of Year, and IPA 1st Place in Traditions and Culture awards. All photos in the MIC collection will be sent by 50×70 Printed and signed with a certificate of authenticity to the first owner. Sema is part of the inspiration of Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi as well as of Turkish customs, history, beliefs, and culture. It is what we do as a form of remembrance of God. Otherwise, the Sema ceremony represents a mystical journey of man's spiritual ascent through mind and love to "Perfect." Turning towards the truth, his growth through love, desert his ego, find the truth, and arrive at the "Perfect" when he returns from this spiritual journey as a man who reached maturity and greater perfection.
