This image was created at the Belfast Lough (Home of the world-famous Titanic), when I participated in an international 24-Hour Photographic Project in July 2021. It was a beautiful morning, calm water, with very little breeze. The conditions where ideal for a very long exposure shot. The 21 minutes & 35 seconds I waited to capture this peaceful scene was completely worth it. This location is quite popular with walkers, joggers and tourist, but at 4.30am, I had the place to myself and I enjoyed every second of it. It was a perfect location to reflect on life and the history of the great city of Belfast, that I am fortunate enough to call home. Famous Belfast city landmarks, the Titanic Belfast Museum and one of the large Harland & Wolff shipyard cranes can be seen in this image. This is literally the stretch of water that the ill-fated ship, "Titanic" began her journey, so whoever purchases this NFT will be adding a bit of history to their collection.
