This photo is ten years old. It's my self-portrait. These eyes have seen pain. The day I took this picture, I found out about my adoption. I inquired about my childhood history. I was told about the pain I experienced as a two-year-old child, the constant fear and hunger and loneliness. Even now, as I write about it, my hands are shaking. And these feelings will always be in me, but it is helps me to go forward despite the obstacles. My inner child - is my strength. This photo is very important to me. It is a part of me.
