I was first born in a damp, cold cellar in the 1930s. Soon I learned it’s a cat-eat-cat world. It wasn’t humans posing the biggest threat. It was other cats. I fought my way through the streets of a small Sicilian town. Soon after my 4th birthday I climbed a church tower. Mostly out of curiosity since I wasn’t even hungry.
