Clair let’s the red cardinals fly Claire’s body is made from a little wicker birdcage. The cage door opens and closes to let the red cardinal in and out. A cardinal also sits on the top of the door, ready to flatter her wings to raise the cage. May we all be able to fly free. Seeing a cheerful red cardinal means that a family member or close friend is safe and happy. Cardinals also offer a bright spot of colour in the winter.
