A time capsule of his time in the country the film was finally developed for his collection with TWIN revealing the every day rhythm of life in Peru. Carlos Jiménez Cahua, born in Lima, Peru, is a visual artist who lives and works in New York City. He makes work about American Indigeniety with a focus on that of the Andean region. He is a member of Rimay Raiz, a group that organizes events and publishes narratives around Andean culture and the Andean diaspora.
