Western Kansas is my favorite area to chase the road network is perfect and you can see for miles. On May 24th, 2016, one of the best chase days happened in Western Kansas. Late afternoon a supercell went up near Dodge City, Kansas. This beautiful supercell went on to produce multiple tornados in its life cycle. I will never forget this moment watching this beautiful tornado dancing across a wheat field and the wind whipping against my face. It was in this moment when I felt a true sense of happiness out there on the plains.
