This place is Hengam Island, located on southern part of Persian Gulf in Iran. There are old desolated houses which has had many similarities with each other and because of Islamic Republic Revolution in 1979 lots of people then immigrated to UAE. This piece of work shows aliens merged in environment around and also designed with a direct inspiration of "Faceless" character (Hayao Miyazaki's Spirited Away anime) in an abstracted manner.
