An evening in Hong Kong in mid March. Low clouds descend upon the city, completely blanketing the shorter buildings and wrapping round the taller structures of the IFC and The Center. Enveloping the entirety of the Central district, the lights from the city shine through from below, illuminating the cloud layer, and providing a visual foil to the skyscrapers that loom up from below. This image is a 1/1 edition is part of the '云 - Cloud' series, a collection of aerial photographs focusing on the capture of cloud phenomena amongst cityscapes. This image was taken on 12th March 2020.
