The artwork 'They Called Her Silence' ('Son Nom Était Silence' in French) directly reacts to the polarized public debate that seems to have exploded online and offline over the past few years. These times made it hard for me to formulate a relevant message as an artist. My art used to be a safe place for my convictions, but the constant fights with friends and peers over all the challenges we face as humanity these days made me discover and embrace the healing and powerful force of silence.
