"Eternal" Have you lost yourself to the thought of eternity? I'd argue it's impossible to comprehend. Everything we see with our eyes or touch with our hands eventually dies or withers away into oblivion. In truth, the thought of eternity terrifies me. How can it be there is no "end"? It is a great mystery and compared to eternity, a mystery all of us will soon come to understand. The image before you is a 1/1 piece and photographed by Nick Brownlow. It was taken under a pier in Myrtle Beach, Florida using a neutral density filter. In bright daylight, an ND filter allows the camera to significantly slow down the shutter speed of the lens in order to create a long exposure effect. This creates a "smooth" water surface allowing ocean waves to flatten.
