Running on the streets of Mardin is a great excitement. People there don't like rushers. But I had to catch the bus. If I couldn't catch up, I would stay in this city. I was a student and I didn't know what to do. This photo was a huge risk for me. This is an authentic tinsmith in Mardin bazaar. I ran back to shoot the original and magnificent setting of this light, I pulled this place and continued on my way. It's an inner city landscape we want to dream about while drinking self-filtered tea. Mardin - 2009
