Greetings From.. 2018 was a year of complete loss. A loss of myself, my identity and my peace. I was on the run. I was running from myself, my partner and my reality at the time. I dove into photography further. I bought so many batteries it lasted me all day and I wouldn’t have to return home until late at night. I would stay at the beach for over 12hrs a day, everyday, for over a year. I wasn’t allowed to work due to my visa, so the beach it was, it was my home. I kept running and suppressing for the next 2 years. I took this image on top of a parking structure across the road from the beach - it gave me a new perspective to look at the bigger picture. To look beyond what was in front of me daily. I had to change my life & perspective so i could see the truth. If you don't like something, change it. If you cant change it, change the way you think about it. I hope you experience peace while looking at this image the way i do. Waikiki Beach, Oahu.
