Tekel Workers On 15 December 2009, Tekgıda-İş Union of Türk-İş registered Tekgıda-İş Union workers resisted in the tent city they set up on Sakarya Street for 78 days despite all the adverse conditions in Ankara, and on February 4, 2010 it was one of the biggest mass cessation protests. It is a workers' action that spread all over Turkey. This action was supported by the public and non-governmental organizations. The moment when some benevolent citizens offered hot soup to the workers in action on a cold and snowy winter day. My photograph won the 2nd prize in the National Photography Contest held by the Bar Association on Justice in 2011.
